BLACK SAUCE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they govern the relationship between you, and us and limit our liability to you. By accepting these terms and conditions you are forming a contract with us and agreeing to the terms and conditions that appear below. References to “you” and “your” are to you as an individual. References to “us”, “our” and “we” are to Black Sauce.
1.You must provide accurate and complete account & shipping information, and it is your responsibility to update us of any changes (including your email address).
2. Upon registering we shall issue you with a user ID and password. You are responsible for the security and safety of your user ID and password.
3 You are responsible for all use made of your user ID and password, including preventing any unauthorised use of your user ID and password.
4. If you believe there has been any unauthorised use of your user ID, you must notify us immediately by contacting us via email or telephone.
5. We endeavour to remedy faults in the services including technical faults and downtime of the website with minimal disruption.
6. Images of products on the site are for illustrative purposes; actual products may differ from such images. EG Colours may look different when viewed on different computer screeens.
BLACK SAUCE GUARANTEE AND RETURNS
1. All goods purchased from Black Sauce are covered by our 14 day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you wish to return any goods you must contact us first.
2. It is your responsibility to read the descriptions carefully and note sizes, materials, etc. If unsure of anything, please contact us as we are always happy to help. If necessary we will contact manufacturers to get the answer you need.
3. If you buy and later change your mind we reserve the right to charge a 10% re-stocking fee and you will have to return the item at your own cost.
4. Rings and clothing can be returned if the wrong size has been ordered. You must return these items unused and in their original packaging. We must receive the returns before we can send out replacements and you return them at your own cost. If the replacement required is out of stock it may take up to 21 days for it to be delivered to you, please allow for this. You are welcome to order more than one size and return the unwanted ones, as long as you contact us first and return the extra items unused and in their original packaging.
5. Consumables are non returnable - i.e. incense, herbs, resins, powder and any items that are burnt or otherwise used in such a way as to be deemed consumed.
GENERAL
Prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alterations to the rate of value added tax. We reserve the right to refuse to supply any individual or company.
All products are subject to availability
Payment is through PayPal. It is your responsibility to ensure that your PayPal details are up to date and that no one else has access to them.
