DELIVERY TIMES
We aim to deliver items as soon as is possible, but please allow up to 21 days for delivery. Most deliveries are made well within this time and we let you know the status of your order from placement to delivery. Items kept in stock can be sent as soon as payment clears, but others are bought in to order, so take a little longer. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Please contact us before ordering if you require goods to be shipped outside mainland UK. We will calculate the postage costs and approximate delivery times.
RETURNS

If you change your mind about a product you may return it UNOPENED and UNUSED, but you must pay the postage to return it. Your refund, if required, will be the price of the product only, the original postage will be deducted. If you prefer an exchange, you will be refunded any difference in price if the new item is cheaper. If you choose a more expensive replacement you must pay the extra cost plus the postage. Please be aware that the delivery time for the replacement can still be up to 21 days. We reserve the right to charge a 10% re-stocking fee on returned items.
If an item is found to be FAULTY, we will of course refund the purchase price, or send you a replacement, as you wish. In the case of faulty goods, we will not charge you the postage on the replacement.
